my friend who owns a florist shop asked me to make these flannel cupcakes for her to sell in the shop,never done these before but have really enjoyed doing something different,the small ones are just a single flannel topped with a flower and a doiley placed round them to finish them off the slightly taller ones are a single flannel and a babies bib tied with a bow on top and doiley edging
